Refund policy

Order Exchange Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds; however, you may return the product for an exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused.

All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet these criteria. If they do not, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. Perishable goods are not eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required to process an exchange. Without proof of purchase, we cannot accept the return.

Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Unfortunately, sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping fees.
  • Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. If a product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may reject the exchange.
